the DIY i wrote about the other day.

i used a minkpink blue velvet dress and sew on jewels from spotlight. i didn't do as many because i felt it looked better, but that's just my opinion.

i cropped my face from this one due to having crazy eyes in it haha..

i actually took all these pics in the dress tonight as when i wore it out on thurs all the photos with me and my friends aren't really showing all of the dress and detail. and i'm also wearing absolutely no makeup in all these so thats why i am looking sooo washed out haha

but anyway I'm really happy with how it turned out :)

i went for a run today pretty much the first time all winter, it killed me but i forgot how great it felt to have your lungs burning and blood pumping through your body, especially on a cold night.  so alive.

and this little fella, I've been tossing up whether i should shell out the $150 for a dolphin swim/feeding in Hawaii and I've decided it is so worth it.. dolphins have been my favourite animal since i was a toddler.

some random shots around my room:

one of the perks of having a cousin who designed for ripcurl and the other sponsored for surfing by them is that every birthday christmas and in-between i get ripcurl goodies. My cousin gave me this travel wallet for my birthday last week!

Two necklaces i've been wearing non stop lately the left is a little blue bottle from diva which i plan to fill with sand from venice beach, or maybe cabo, or both. The one on the right an H i got from a market in a bar in bondi, i added the cross which my mum bought me in Croatia last year. i love that its a bit different with the blue and pink paint spatters.
